I LOVE front fulls SO MUCH! They are definitely one of my favorite skills. You did an awesome job getting the rotation around, and I love the chest-up position on your landing. This will help you when you start adding another salto out of it. As a whole, it looks like you are about ready to put this on the floor! This skill is valued at a "B" on floor.
When you punch into the skill, try to keep your chest more upright. This will help increase your height. Try adding a little more heel drive, as that will help give the flip a little faster rotation so you won't have any backward lean when you are landing on the floor. Also try to keep your feet together on the landing.
A couple great drills to increase the performance of this skill are performing it over a small spotting block, or something similar, which will help keep your chest up on takeoff and increase height. I also LOVE tumbling up onto mats before taking a skill to the floor. Landing on one or two mats is a great way to build both height and confidence before moving to the competition surface.
